Why Is Now The Right Time To Refinance Your Home?

Updated on February the 24th - I wanted to touch base once more with this video that I created a couple of months ago. The information provided about the rates that the government is giving are still relevant and it’s an incredible opportunity to take advantage of.

Low mortgage rates have maintained the housing market among one of the few bright things in this difficult year, specifically for the homeowners easing their finances by switching to shorter loan terms or refinancing their mortgage. And I want to keep today’s conversation on the latter part.

Mortgage rates set 14th record lows on 2020, driving even more refinance demand. So why is all of this happening? Why are the percentages hitting all-time lows? Will this trend continue during the second quarter of 2021? And are you a good candidate for a house refi?

With the market as it is, opportunities like this are not seen on a regular basis. And the difference of this rate compared to the ones that were presented at the beginning of the year or later are something that’s worth the “switch”. If you have questions or want to talk more about it, give me a call or send me an email and we’ll go through this, together. Here at Copley Financial Group, Inc. with locations in San Diego, CA. and Uniondale, NY. the team and myself will be with you in every step of your financial journey.
