Generational Vault Issues
We are experiencing problems with The Generational Vault. While a team is currently addressing this issue, there isn't a precise timeline on when it will be resolved. So for the moment, we want to encourage you to use the TD Ameritrade Advisor Client website to review your accounts going forward.
For those of you not using TD Ameritrade Advisor Client, you can set up your account following the next steps:
Visit advisorclient.com/login
Click set up my profile located under the "log in to your account" box
Click get started
Enter your full nine-digit account number. If you don't know it, contact us, and we'll gladly provide it to you
Please choose an option for them to call or text a security code to you. Type in that code, and click verify
Create a username and password
Save your username and password
Living Trusts completed through us will still be available in The Generational Vault, and you can still store any documents you want to save securely. In addition, all previously added documents by you or us are still there and secure; this only affects the sync of TDA accounts.
