Healthcare Sales Specialist

You will be mainly responsible for assisting prospects and clients in making Medicare healthcare decisions. This person will take the confusion out of and make Medicare simple. Helping our prospects and clients choose the correct health plan option will always be your priority.

A day in the life:

  • Serve as an expert on Medicare to explain the plan’s benefits and answer questions related to the topic

  • Strategically offer customers with the right Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplements Plans, and/or Prescription Drug Plans

  • Develop strong and lasting relationships with prospects and clients

  • Prospect for leads to convert them into appointments, then into enrollments 

  • Ensure market adherence to Medicare guidelines and compliance regulations

  • Drive sales and revenue by assisting current clients in making healthcare decisions

  • Successfully utilize sales-closing skills to drive enrollments

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives to garner qualified leads

  • Answer inbound calls

  • Manage office supplies

  • Contract and renewal handling

Your qualifications:

  • Medicare knowledge and expertise (preferred) 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Passionately committed to providing an excellent sales experience

  • Very adaptable to changing priorities

  • Exemplary customer service

  • Technically savvy and proficient with OS

  • Comfortable learning and becoming the main point of any Medicare-related situation

  • Ability to manage daily functions with minimal supervision

Our requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role is a must. Experience in the financial services industry a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence, and sell effectively

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

  • Working knowledge of CRMs
