Executive Assistant

You will manage mostly business related tasks as well as organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administrative assistant in the past.

A day in the life:

  • Build trusting relationships with our clients and educate them on our portfolio strategy, investment philosophy, and important market events

  • Organizing the financial advisors’ work schedule in an efficient manner

  • Planning, organizing and orchestrating seminars at multiple venues throughout San Diego County

Your qualifications:

  • 1+ years of work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role

  • Discretion and confidentiality with every client

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

  • Quick learner and self-starter
